According to a press release found at the Comic Book Resources website,
George Gladir, the Archie Comics writer who created the character
Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, in 'Archie's Madhouse' has been selected to
receive the Third Annual Bill Finger Award for Excellence in Comic Book
