See the Wikipedia article on them, for example. It doesn't say much,
but you can get an idea of how much material they've released.

Perusing their online forums, you can see that not all of their DVD
releases are winners (some complaints of picture quality, lack of extra
features, etc.), but even having _only_ the remaining episodes (i.e., no
extra features) in the same quality as the season-one discs (full
disclosure: I haven't actually watched them) would be better than nothing.

They buy the rights to reissue it on DVD. No different, I assume, from
how a label like Rhino Records (where the founders of SF started out,
BTW) would get the rights to reissue old music on CD.

18 months ago, according to Amazon <http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000UAE7MC>.

P.S. - Annoyingly, I haven't gotten any Google Alerts since I set it up
to send them to the list address (I also have them still coming to my
own e-mail address, so I can verify there just haven't been any alerts
sent out in the last few days). Has anyone else gotten any Google
Alerts related to MJH, STTW, or CEIA since Mar 27th?
