2015.  Here's their description:

   game; Tamar teaches the other hosts how to cook her famous tacos.

So this is not a repeat of her 23 Jan 2015 appearance (which was also 
repeated on 8 Apr 2015).

In addition to whatever local TV station airs the show in your area (if 
any), each episode airs overnight on the cable channel BET (Tue's 
episode will air on BET Tue night / Wed morning).

Since the show is syndicated, full episodes are not available online, 
but brief clips are available for past episodes, going back several 
months, at the official website (thereal.com) and on YouTube 
(user/channel TheRealDaytime).  Interestingly, the YouTube channel 
apparently posts a playlist of clips from each day's episode, whether it 
was a repeat or not.
