[clarissa] CEIA back on TV

In case you haven't heard yet, starting Oct 5, 2015, the cable/satellite 
channel TeenNick will be showing 'Clarissa Explain It All' in a block of 
programming called "Splat!", every night between 10pm and 6am.  I'm not 
sure what time CEIA will be on, or even if it will be at the same time 
every night (doesn't sound like it).
